CAREER BURNOUT

How many of us are experiencing career burnout especially those of us in the beauty industry? I will be the first to raise my hand and high might I add lol.

After have being in the beauty industry for 20 years and watching the major shift, it has taken over the last 5 years I can and will say with my chest, Sis is tired!!!

Watching other beauty professionals as well as speaking to a few I can honestly say that so many of us are experiencing burnout of course you have those who are not then you have the ones who are lying to save face (to each its own).

Apart of my burnout is due to the fact that these days I can't just be a hairstylist and stand behind the chair and create I have to be a social media and graphics expert and baby I did not sign up for that I came here to do hair THAT'S IT!! (lol)

I know we are all feeling it and I want to let my fellow hairstylist know that you are not alone and that I am praying for all of us during this time I have taken the time to just sit still and enjoy my other hobbies until I can find my groove again.
